Please carefully review the rules for using the online magazine "CareerBusiness" (culturaltop.org). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The online magazine "CareerBusiness" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") provides informational materials on business, career, remote work, skill development, entrepreneurship, productivity, and the labor market.

The User undertakes to use the Site and its content exclusively for lawful purposes, without violating the rights of third parties.
- Do not distribute malware, spam, or false information through the Site.
- Do not take actions aimed at disrupting the Site's functionality.
- Do not use the Site's materials in ways that infringe copyright.
2.2. Rights and Obligations of the Administration
The Administration undertakes to maintain the Site's functionality and strive for the relevance of published materials.
The Administration reserves the right to:
- Moderate, edit, or delete user content (comments).
- Temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance.
- Deny access to the Site to users who violate these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All textual, graphic materials, design, and software code of the Site, unless otherwise stated, are intellectual property objects of the Administration or its partners.
Users are permitted to:
- Familiarize themselves with materials for personal, non-commercial use.
- Quote materials with a mandatory active hyperlink to the source (the Site's page).
Without written permission from the Administration, it is prohibited to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute significant amounts of content.

The Administration does not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided and is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the User based on it.
The Administration is not liable for:

- Any indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Currently, the Site provides all content free of charge. If paid services appear (premium subscription, courses), separate terms will be published describing the cost, payment frequency, refund, and subscription cancellation conditions.
Any payments will be processed through secure payment gateways. Refund conditions will be clearly stated in the relevant agreement.
6. Termination of Use
The User may stop using the Site at any time.
The Administration has the right to terminate or restrict the User's access to the Site (including the ability to comment) in case of gross or repeated violation of these Terms without prior notice.
7. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute may be submitted to the court at the location of the Administration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
